Development of Amusement Park by way of cutting / filling, turfing with improvement of approach road at Sonamarg.

Amount

Earth work in excavation by manual means, over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mtr. in depth, 1.5 mtr. in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr. for cutting edge, deposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil including earth cutting by mannual / mechnical means.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 30cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil.

Constructing vertical bounds with sloping faces, by boulder filling (dry, hand packed tightly) including cost of stones but excluding cost of wire crates.

Supply of knitted wire crates of approved meah-size; including weaving, binding sides and partitions, and binding top after filling; excluding cost of filling, stones and including all carriages upto site of work complete.

Supplying and filling the trenches with Nallah muck / earth / GSB filling including cost of levelling, watering in layers and making the turf on 30cm deep good earth filling and head load / carriages of material upto site of work complete.

Supplying/filling dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-all work upto plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages upto site of work complete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (Thermo-mechanically treated bars) including all carriages upto site of work complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections, framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying coat of approved steel primer, using structural steel as required in grating frames, guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets, gates and similar work.(as per approved design) including all carriages upto site of work complete.

Supply and laying of water bound macadum (75mm compacted) with specified stone agg. 63mm to 45mm, including sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity including providing and laying of stone screening 13.2mm size and consolidation with power road roller (Each layer) incluiding providing and laying of red bajri 6mm thick with moorum kankar,etc. including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete in all respects.

P/L of Baramulla flag stone of required thickness path laid of bed of earth 150 mm to 200 mm thick including spreading of mud / sand, mixture on top including all leads,lifts/all carriages up to site of work complete.

Chequrred pre-cast (12"x12") cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in foot path and court yard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles incld.rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 course sand) Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.
