M&L for application of first coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint ( Asian paint apex ultima proteck or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) on primed wall surface using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres,to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint ( Asian paint apex ultima proteck or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) on primed wall surface using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres,to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisting of 8mm thick calcium silicate seamless board suspended on GI framework with staggered joints, GI framework to consist GI perimeter channel 25mmX20mm of 22 gauge along perimeter of false ceiling.
