Providing and fixing of advance technology earth electrode earthing system fabricated from hot deep galvanized pipes (pipe in pipe technology) & cavity between pipes pressure filled with highly conductive non-corrosive crystalline material complete with chemically modified homogeneous earth enhancing compound (back fill compound 25 Kg) to treat the soil for lowering the effective ground impedance for each earth pit to make it maintenance free and to minimize the ground voltage potential rise i/c excavation of earth pit suitable to accommodate earth electrode, prefabricated enclosure with cover plate all as reqd. & conforming to (IS:3043 : 1987) duly CPRI/ERDA approved all as required & as specified for Size : - Outer pipe dia = 80mm Inner pipe dia = 40mm Length of electrode = 2 Mtr

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode i/c connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25mmx 5mm G.I. Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required.

Pin pointing the cable fault with the help of appropriate fault locator equipment for the existing HT(5KV)/LT armouredunder ground cable as required at site and as directed by Engineer In Charge i/c transportation of the fault locator equipment for the HT/LT Cables of size up to 4 core & up to 400 sq.mm.

Supply and fixing G.I. Fire buckets 9 litre capacity filled with dry sand and fixed on wall hook made out of 13mm dia MS rod & conforming IS 2546 - 1974.

Supply and fixing single line diagram, schematic diagrams etc. of A1 size on suitable Aluminium sheet, thickness of sheet to be 3 mm, including lamination etc. as required complete on wall.

Scrabbing, cleaning and painting of following street light tubular poles up to height of 12 mtr complete with two coats of superior quality aluminium paint after a coat of red oxide primer i/c embossing of AAI symbol and numbering after painting on the pole etc. as reqd.

Scrabbing, cleaning and painting of following street light tubular poles up to height of 3 mtr complete with two coats of superior quality aluminium paint after a coat of red oxide primer i/c embossing of AAI symbol and numbering after painting on the pole etc. as reqd.

Painting of existing electrical panels, feeder pillar boxes, DB's, and other electrical installations etc with one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spray painting , including cleaning the rusted area , providing the mask to meters, handles , etc. and writing the required information on panel (Front & back) with paint etc as per direction of Engineer in charge. as required.

Supply, Fabrication, Fixing & painting of M.S. angle/flat/channel/ pipe/plate structure as per requirement for high mast lattice structure, L.T./ Distribution panels, feeder pillers, base plates, earth pit locators, trench covers etc. at site complete with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as reqd. & as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of existing faulty voltmeter which are installed in power house of various panel to new 0 to 500 Volt, digital voltmeter of accuracy class 1.0, suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire operation of size 96mm x 96mm including testing & comissioning etc. as required.

Overhauling & repairs of 11 KV outdoor switch yard installation complete with replacement of worn out Air Break switch, damaged insulators, replacement of jumpers, strengthening of earthing, providing the rain shed for HT meter, etc. i/c painting of the DP structure with two coats of silver paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as reqd. & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing & repairing of runway mimic display panel for remote operation of lighting system, runway direction and brilliancy controls installed at ATC tower including dismantling, repairs/replacement of faulty components i/c wiring, PCB, complete with testing & commissioning all as reqd.

To carry out complete items of works of CDPWD schedule of rates (Electrical) DSR-2018 as per CPWD specifications as required for an amount of Rs.100000/- (Refer SCC clause no. 43 on page no. 164 of tender document for quoting)
