SITC OF ONE No 1.5 HP rating centrifugal monoset pumping set on common base with totally enclosed fan cooled motor with capacitor start & run eliminating centrifugal switch suitable for operation on 220 Volt volts single phase 50Hz single phase a/c supply capable of discharging about 175-50 LPM . against the head of 15-28.5 Mts and suitable for (40x32) mm size suction and discharge line connection I/c providing suitable arrangement for priming of pump installation the same of existing cement concrete foundation testing commissioning etc as reqd at site (Make: Cromption greaves MBG1.52 ( 1PH)-27 or SS Make)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump,set etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 32 mm size Bronze non return valve ( Horizontal type ) making connection testing etc as reqd as reqd

Supply and fixing 32 mm size Bronze full way gate valve making connection testing etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing 40 mm size Bronze foot valve ( vertical type) making connection testing etc as reqd as reqd

Pdg and fixing of following size medium class GI Pipes making connection using required size Elbow,Tee,sockets, union I/c supplying of above mentioned accessories cutting and threading of pipe and plumbing work etc as reqd at site

Supplying & Laying XLPE Aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes on surface/ existing cable tray/pipe etc. as required. .

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs forfollowing sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Pdg and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith the existing cable as reqd.

SITC of prewired sheet steel enclosure Direcct on line Pump controller suitable for operation on 1 Phase 220 Volt i/c AC3 20 A Contractor & over Load Relay release range 2.4 A & 3.8 A i/c internal connection complete as required at site . ( M/s L&T ,BCH, ABB or Similar approved make )

S/F Angle iron Frame combination of following size of angle I/c cutting,welding & painting complete as per requirement at site.

a) 25 mm x25mmx3mm thick angle iron frame.

b) 40 mm x40 mmx3mm thick angle iron frame.

c) 25 mm x5 mm Thick Flat angle iron

SITC of following type prewired surface / recess mounted (minimum colour code 840) LED light fixture & integrated electronic driver including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required. SITC of 250A 4 pole on load change over switch in the existing distribution Panel i/c making connection, testing & commissioning complete as reqd.at site.( M/s Havells/HPL/H-H-Elcon make )

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC pipes along with accessories including fixing the same on ceiling / wall with clamps cutting the wall and making good the samet as required at site .( ISI mark )

Supply of 4 Meters long Galvanised Octagonal pole with single arm bracket (Mayfair MF 32 or equivalent) of 1 Meter length & in built Junction box consisting bakelite sheet, 6amp SP MCB & 6 amp connector etc. for making connection with suitable size of copper wire in the box. Bottom and top diameter of the pole shall be 130mm & 60mm respectively with 3mm thickness and base plate of size 210 mmX 210mmX 12mm and 4 nos. foundation bolts of 16mm dia X 450 mm length with nuts & washers etc.complete as required as per drawing attached. Supplying XLPE insulated copper conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 part -1 of following sizes etc. as required.
