M & L for Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreagate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel framed work such as gates, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc for ornamental and intricate design complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel work in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates .

S & F posts and struts of GI Pipes medium grade in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work

M & L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with built in CM 1:6

M & L for Non skid/matt finish ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc.set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match for joint free over screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete of type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick Plain Cement concrete of type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over a screed bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
