SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I (B/R WORK )

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg/10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting by power roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Soling (or sub base) spread thickness 150 mm with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber

M&L for 150mm thick WMM (compacted thickness) in two layers (each layer 75mm thick) with coarse aggregate (granite/trap/basalt stone) as per mix design IRC-109-1997, spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunney bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumenous primer of paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of WMM surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid and copacted required gradient and camber consolidated thickness n.exc 50 mm, laying with machine & mixing in computerized hot mix plant with binder content (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix, rolled and consolidation with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm and bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen VG-30 grade @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrow etc. and the like n.exc 10 CM wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 40/50 mm bore mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. ( Make-3M/Dark eye).

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer instructions etc. all as specified and directed. M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each in hard dence soil n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including cutting reinforcement (if required) to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Provn of RCC Culvert (Box type) of size length 6 mtr, width 1.2 mtr (clear span) and depth 1.5 mtr including necessary earth work, PCC & RCC work, brick work in parapet wall, etc complete all as specified and shown in drawing. (Refer TD/027, Sheet No.1/4 to 4/4).

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying dry river sand cushioning under PCC paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade With Grey Cement and pigment laid over 25mm thick dry sand cusioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary earth work for embedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on cement concrete surfaces including preparation of new concrete surfaces complete al as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M SERVICES)

S&F shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 50x65mm suitable for working pressure 550 volts grade, including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing alongwith prismatic polycorbonate diffuser and LED with secondary optics with IP 65/66 protection complete, including lamp bracket made out of GI pipe of suitable dia as recommended by manufactures, light grade, bent to shape fixed with 02 Nos mild steel clamps including nut & bolts duly painted, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, transporting & erecting steel tubular swaged poles 410 SP-31, ISI marked 9.0 mtr long complete with mild steel base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & washers etc. including painting with two coat aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and painting numbers of bands/strips of post office red and blue colour (300mm wide each) in alternate layers from plinth block, marking of pole number with black synthetic enameled paint at 200 cm height, one coat of black bituminous paint on steel pole portion embedded in concrete foundation, complete all as specified and directed. Fixing only old steel tubular swaged poles 9.0 mtr long after dismantling and disconnection of cross arms, insulators and shifting for erection in new location as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earth work & PCC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L earthing complete with using galvanised mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to be packed thickness of 15cm all round the plates using 4mm dia GI earth lead wire as earth lead moulded and rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch / control board at another end. GI earth lead protected in and including 15mm dia GI medium grade pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20mm dia bore GI pipe medium grade as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate. GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagte) as in pit chamber, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC cover reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @100mm C/C both ways and lifting handles of 10mm dia mild steel round bars etc complete as per electrical plate No-03 of SSR (Part-I): 2009 and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit, item shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI wire 4 Sqmm and 15mm dia pipe medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Taking up and relaying HT under ground cable of size 150 Sqmm, 3 core, complete with cable covers all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

Taking up old unserviceable under ground cable with aluminium conductor of size 10/6 Sqmm, 2 core and remove for credit purpose complete with cable covers stack aside for reuse, all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr but n.exc 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying river dry clean sand filling for cushioning in layer 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable in trenches and punned upto 18 cm thick around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, ISI marked, laid flat adjacent across the length of UG cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only cable covers laid flat adjacent across the length of UG cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Serviceable old concrete covers obtained from taking up of existing cable shall be reused)

M&L for laying well burnt brick sub class 'B', old size laid in trenches across the length of cable as protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
