Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for structural mild steel work in handrails, wind ties, posts, struts, balusters, brackets, and similar framing, conforming to IS 2062 Grade E250 (Fe 410W), at all heights and levels, comprising: cutting, straightening, mitring, bending to required shape and template; drilling, punching, bolting, riveting, or electric arc welding conforming to IS 816 and IS 9595; grinding flush welded joints; hoisting, aligning, and fixing in position including embedding base plates or holdfasts in concrete/masonry; applying one shop coat of zinc chromate or red oxide primer (IS 2074), complete all as specified. Material and labour for structural steel work in tubular roof trusses, purlins, bracings, and runners, at all heights and levels, using Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) or induction butt-welded steel tubes conforming to IS 1161 (Grade YSt 240), comprising: cutting, mitring, flattening tube ends, bending to template; fabricating joints with gusset plates, bent plates, and special shaped curved washers; electric arc welding conforming to IS 816 and IS 9595; hoisting, aligning, and bolting/anchoring in position to columns/pedestals; applying one shop coat of red oxide zinc phosphate primer (IS 12744), complete all as specified. (Note: Hot-finished welded and electric resistance welded [ERW] structural steel tubes shall conform to IS 1161 [Grade YSt 240], gusset plates and brackets to IS 2062 [Grade E250 Fe 410W], structural welding to IS 816 and IS 9595, covered electrodes to IS 814, design and construction practice in tubular steel to IS 806, and red oxide zinc phosphate primer to IS 12744. S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/ semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws any type and description complete all as specified.
