Round the clock operation of EA sets, Substation and Monitoring of HPAC units at DTAX, Trichy for the year 2024-26 (Revised)

Providing round the clock operation for the following electro mechanical services including sundays/ holidays as per the standard procedures and carrying out maintenance activities as per schedule given in the relevant sections of specifications/ condition of contract by deploying the required staff including specialised manpower and by arranging required tools and plants etc., to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required for TE DTAX Trichy a) 2 X 1250 KVA Engine Alternator sets - The service includes Switching on the EA set during power failures, transferring the load to EA set in MV panel, and back to EB supply upon restoration of power, Maintaining log book, coordinating with Exchange staff in maintaining the diesel level/ topping up the distilled water in the batteries etc as required. b) 2 X 1250 KVA Transformer Sub station- The service includes Switching On/Off of various HT/LT switch gears viz, HT panel, MV panel, Emergency panel, Capacitor panel etc as required. c) Monitoring of all precision type Package AC units and recording the temperature inside the switch room every two hours as required.
