a) For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied high pressure hydraulic hoses / Hydraulic pipe line and fittings / Coal Handling spares to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs. 3.21 Lakhs (Rs. 1.60 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the preceding five financial years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. As a proof purchase order PO copies / work order copies Single/Multiple (max.3) for the said financial years during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorized representatives/ dealers/Suppliers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied high pressure hydraulic hoses / Hydraulic pipe line and fittings / Coal Handling spares to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs. 1.20 Lakhs during the preceding five financial years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.
The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/Authorized dealer/Supplier of high pressure hydraulic hoses / Hydraulic pipe line and fittings / Coal Handling spares. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate/ relevant documents issued by the Competent Authority in e-portal.
The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs. 4.10 lakhs (Rs. 2.05 lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (last 2 preceding financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Copies of Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
