Appointment of actuarial valuer for accessing unfunded terminal liabilities of 537 (Approx.) as on proposed transferred date 31.12.2024 of electricity wing of Engg. Department, UT, Chandigarh (EWEDC) as per Ind AS 19 for determination of 1. Unfunded terminal liabilities as on 31.12.2024 and 2. Rate of contribution for pension to be discharged in the future. Indicative list of terminal liabilities applicable to employees of UTs are provided below: • Defined Benefit Pension (applicable only for employees with joining up to date) • Gratuity • Provident Fund • Leave Encashment, • Leave Travel Allowance • Fixed Post-Retirement Medical Allowance • Any other terminal liabilities applicable to the employees of EWEDC The Actuary is required to carry out actuarial valuation of terminal liabilities employees of EWEDC as on 31.12.2024 Deliverables Reports on Actuarial valuation of terminal liabilities of employees of EWEDC as on 31.12.2024
