Cosmetic maintenance work Includes Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuum cleaning of common areas, office-rooms, toilets, lobbies, staircases, window panes, office furniture/equipment, terrace, ground floor, entrance and exit areas, drive ways, parking areas and any other place within the premises at NCCCM/BARC and Collection of dry/wet garbage Segregation of garbage and disposing at the garbage point.(Area= 1500.00 M2){1500.00 M2 X 24 Month = 36000.00 M2 X 26 days =936000.00 M2}

Removal and disposal of garden waste (lead charges between 1 to 2 Km).(Truck-- 9 Tonne Capacity)
