Providing & laying 100 mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects.(N.S.) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Providing and laying Prime coat on New WBM surface with bitumen 75 Kg per hundred sqm (Including Cost of Bitumen)

Providing & fixing of Pre Cast Cement concrete M-20 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in Channel and the like items, placing & fixing in position complete in all respect

Providing and laying 25 mm thick premix carpet excluding seal coat type B and tack coat

Providing and Laying of Seal Coat B

Providing and Laying of Tack Coat with 25kg Bitumen per 100 sqm

Providing & Laying 40mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer with drum type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with appropriate rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 507 MORT&H specification (5th Revision) 2013 for road and bridge works (5th Revision) 2013 using minimum 5.4% to bitumen grade CRMB-55 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respects including cost of bitumen instruction issued form time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification in mandatory . If bitumen required more than 5.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick compacted Dense Bituminous Macadam using coarse aggregate size ranging from 26.5 mm to 90 micron and bitumen grade (VG-40) with bitumen content 4.50% of total weight of mix prepared including consolidation as per latest MORT & H (clause 505) specification with computerized hot mix plant and laying and consolidating at site of work for all lead with mechanical sensor paver and rolling with road roller as per MORT & H clause No.505.2.5 giving density not less than 2.30 gm/cc and compacting as per job mix formula complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Including cost of bitumen).

Providing and Laying 50mm Built up spray Grout

Providing and laying of thermoplastic paint 2.5mm thick to be marked with automatic machine of 100 mm width marking on central line on roads, as per MORTH specification No. 803 including cost of paint material and contingency material as required complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Hitco make) or any other reputed make as asked by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 150mm thick granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - III of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&h specifications. Note:- 1 only crushed metal material should be used. Hiring of one No. tractor trolley, one no. dumper one No. JCB along with operator including diesel/lubricant & maintenance and along with 20 Nos. Beldar with kassi & basket etc, for eight hours Working for lifting of material GSB/ construction material waste/metal/earth etc & filling in tractor trolley complete and filling of potholes manually by labour as per site requirement of material at site. Including all the charges, taxes and contractor profit etc, complete in all respect,-is the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge
