WORK FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF 132 KV SUB-STATION BIJNOR UNDER ETD BIJNOR.

Preventive maintenance of complete substation equipment, Complete electrical circuits, lighting arrangement etc. round the clock by the followings as per norms- a) TG2- 01 No. b) Line Man/Technician- 01 No. c) Helper- 02 Nos.

General Cleaning of control room, office buildings, road and cleaning of toilets etc. (including consumable toiletries)

Proper cleaning of Division office building office premises including toilet, cleaning of behind & Infront of office building & roof of Office building as per specification etc. (including consumable toiletries)

Regular monthly maintenance of lawn, office trees, shrubs, hedge cutting, ground cover flower beds in lawn including weeding out of all undesired growth of wild grass trimming, ploughing making loose soil around plants including cost of all T&P and skilled labour.

Cleaning of cable trenches of various sizes by removing earth deposit and other foreign material in bottom and over the cable racks including removal of cables from the racks and placing it outside trench carefully without causing any damage to cable removal of trench cover and its fixing & all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. (Two time in a year)

Fire Fighting, Maintenance Works for one year (Refilling of foam type and DCP type fire extinguisher shall done once in a year and Co2 type fire extinguisher shall be executed as required in empty cylinders. Replacement of hose-pipe of fire extinguisher shall be done once in a year).

Grass cutting (04 Times) + Chemical Spray (01 Time) Per year
