Taking out unserviceable / defective / damaged / blockage GI pipe 80mm bore steel water tubing,sorting out serviceable pipe fitting for reuse and cleaning the pipe including fitting and removing away all unserviceable pipe from site, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Exacavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair high pressure, heavy duty cast iron non return valve / check valve of following sizes, conforming to BS 1868, Class 600, suitable to hydrostatic test pressure for body 156 kg/sqcm & for seat 115 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable non return valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed. Note: Suitable size MS flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair DI fitting for DI spigot and socketed / flanged ends pipes like bends (any type, radius and angle) increasing, decreasing or double socketed / flanged tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction double branch, cross collars caps and plugs, connecting pieces one end flanged and other end socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth suitable for up to 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The weight of the fitting for the purpose of payment shall be actual weight of the fitting or as specified in IS code which ever is less. (ii) Jointing materials such as run lead joint, rubber tyton joint shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for cleining of RCC overhead tank at verious location at technical area of capacity 10000Lts by continues dewatering till the complete water is removed from the overhead tank by the using suitable capacity non clog diesel engine from set and cleaning of all the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreign particles by using reuired chemicals as per is standards uoto bottom of overhead tank and removing same to a distance exc 250 M bt not exc 500 M and depositing where all as directed.

M & L for cleining of RCC UG sump at various locations inside tech area continues dewatering till the complete water removal from the UG sump by using suiltable capcity non clog diesel engine pump set and cleaning of all the accumulated sediments, sludge and foreigen particles up to bottom of UG sump & removing the same to a distanance exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where all as directed for following capacity:-

Note for Item no 15 & 16: (i)Dewatering process shall be continuos as per working hrs.provn of standy arrangement of pump on failure of working pump set shall be arrange by contractor. (ii)Adequate skilled man power shall be employed for cleaning. (iii) all protective arrangement/intrumnent during cleaning and dewatering shall be provided by contractor deemed to be included in the cost of cleaning. (iv) work shall be executed by experienced persons in trade and all safety precaution as per CP norms will be given to the Engr-in-charge before execution and after completion of work.

M & L for repairing of crack in 200 mm bore DI/CI water pipe line by providing mild steel two piece half round clamp fabricated with 60mm wide & 5mm thick mild steel flat, bend to shape,including nut bolt,rubber packing of clamp with corrosive paint and including earthwork excavation etc as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing of crack in 100 mm bore DI/CI/GI water pipe line by providing mild steel two piece half round clamp fabricated with 60mm wide & 5 mm thick mild steel flat, bend to shape welding 25 mm size socket, including nut bolt, rubber packing,drilling hole in existing pipe line & painting and including earthwork excavation etc as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair of cast iron Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size as under, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable sluice valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed.
