Service Charges for carrying out check maintenance for DG sets from authorised Each rep or experienced service engineer of DG set of Kirloskar make of 250 KVA &125 KVA Job capacity at Bn HQ 26 Assam Rifles at Haflong main Gen room. Injector & valve tappet setting . checking of vibration damper, checking turbocharger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold cap, screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, removing the existing unserviceable engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new oil & coolant top up, charging of battery, filling of distilled water, cleaning of radiator fins by using blower/ inside tank with solution ( caustic soda with water ) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, trial & testing etc.

(b) Supply only Element of super bypass filter.

(c) Supply only kit Element of super bypass filter.

(d) Supply only Air Cleaner primary element

(e ) Supply and installation Battery 12 V -180 AH

All as per item No 1 above but DG set of 2 x 30 KVA Make Mahindra Engine HQ 26 Assam Rifles, at Haflong

(a) Supply only kit fuel filter and ring

(b) Supply only Element for Lubrication oil filter

(c) Supply only kit Element of super bypass filter.

(d) Supply only Air Cleaner primary element

(e) Supply only Air Cleaner safety element

All as per item No 1 above but DG set of 15 KVA Make Kiloskar Engine HQ 26 Assam Rifles, at Maibong

(a) Supply only kit fuel filter and ring

(b) Supply only Element for Lubrication oil filter

(c) Supply only kit Element of super bypass filter.

(d) Supply only Air Cleaner primary element

(e) Supply only Air Cleaner safety element

Dismantling the unservicesable Dynamo/ Alternators 12/24 Volts and rewinding with 'F' class copper wire of 22/ existing gauge incl dismantling the old coil, cleaning thoroughly and winding with super enamelled copper cord of existing size and gauge . Varnishing, drying etc and re fixing with dynamo/alternator property including testing on completion. As required.

Dismantling the defective, self starter assy of 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing bushes , defective wiring and soldering after repair,re-assembling and refixing at site complete as directed including testing on completion

M&L for providing new AVR unit suitable for 200 KVA DG set repairs ie taking down of old AVR unit, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - charge. Make : Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Stanford.

(a) All as per item No 6 for 125 KVA. As required.

(b) All as per item No 6 for 30 KVA. As required.

(c) All as per item No 6 for 15 KVA. As required.

Dismantling and taking out the defected Electromagnetic speed Governor unit with fuel injector pump assy from the DG set, transport to authorised workshop. Cleaning the fuel injector, Nozzle, calibration in test bench re-assembling into the DG set upto 62.5 KVA with necessary new gaskets/ nut, bolt and washer and

(a) All as per item No 7 for200 KVA. As required.

(b) All as per item No 7 for 125 KVA. As required.

(c) All as per item No 7 for 30 KVA. As required.

Servicing/maint/change of alternators for 30 KVA
