Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of water, preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry filling ruts complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 For subgrade prepration

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3. For making damaged Super elevation .

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. For Shoulder filling.

Stabilized Sub-base: Providing, laying, spreading and Compacting chemically Stabilized soil mix for Sub Base Course on prepared Subgrade, including Pulverising, adding Designed quantity of IRC Accredited Additives Cement / Lime to the spreaded soil, proper mixing of soil & granular material with mixing in place method with Rotavator, Grading with Motor Grader and Compacting with Road Roller at OMC to achieve the Designed Unconfined Compressive Strength and to form a layer of base strictly as per technical specification clause 404 and Method Statement of Technology Provider (Procedure and Method Statement duly Approved by IRC). Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work, (Soil Stabilisation Design will be provided by the contractor from NABL Accredited Laboratory), followed by Field Tests for CBR, Field Dry Density, UCS, Durability as per defined Sampling Frequencv specified in MORD. Post Laying Tests and Soil Properties shall fullfil the Design Requirement

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. WBM Grading-2…..Manual Means Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(63mm to 45 mm) to water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screenings (Type B-11.2 mm) and binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

WBM Grading-3…..Manual Means Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(53mm to 22.4 mm) to water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screenings (Type B-11.2 mm) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Prime Coat with Appropriate Technology duly Accredited by IRC to achieve Enhanced Spreadibility, Uniform Coverage, Penetration Improvement, Lower Residual Bitumen, Imoroved Water Resistance, Quick Setting and Reduced Consumption used with cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 (IRC Approved)- as per MORD Section 502 used with Recommended Doses and Method Statement of Additive bt Manufacturer / Technology Provider (Duly Approved and Accredited by IRC)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

OGPC with Appropriate Technology duly Accredited by IRC: Providing and laying and rolling of cold mixed open graded Permix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm 5.6mm aggregetes with using penitration grade a bitumen moxed with Additive for ebhansed performance and durability to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capicity as per MORD Section 506, finished to requrired level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or type B or type C as per Specification clause 508. The Additive shall be IRC Accredited and Doses and Method Statement as Recommended by Manufacturer / Technilogy Provider (Duly Approved and Accredited by IRC )

Seal Coat with Appropriate Technology duly Accredited by IRC: Providing and laying Providing and laying seal coat mixed with Additive, sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical specificatio Clause 510. The Additive shall be IRC Accredited and Doses and Method Statement as Recommended by Manufacturer / Technology Provider

Excavation in foundation for retaining & brest walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in -charge.

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per standard drawing duly painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per the MoRD specification and direction given by Engineer in charge.Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Providing & fixing of Maintenenance Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Traffic Sign Boards (cautionary, mandatory & informatory) as per attached drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification clause 1701 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
