Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 160KVA SILENT Diesel Generating set with CPCB-II approved accoustic enclosure comprising radiator, inline multi cylinder diesel engine of suitable BHP, equiped with flywheel, fuel tank, fuel piping, exhaust piping with insulation suitable for site condition, electric starting equipment, Radiator cooled, four stroke Diesel engine designed to run at 1500RPM, turbo charged, Charge air cooled complete with standard accessories. Coupled to suitable Alternator rated at 128KW/160KVA at 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 4 wire, AC supply. Complete with base frame and control panel, 2 Nos. of 12V suitable Ah lead acid battery bank, residual type silencer etc., Complete as per particular specifications including transportation, loading and unloading, testing , integrating with the existing AMF panel includes connecting main cable, control cable, reconnecting earth strips etc.. complete as required.
Laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Alumininum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1kv grade of size not exceeding 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL pipe as required.
Laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Alumininum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1kv grade of size exceeding 95 sq.mm but not exceeding 185 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL pipe as required.
Supply and making end terminations with brass compression gland and copper lugs for 10 core x 2.5 sq.mm copper control cable XLPE/PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade cables as required .
Supply and making end terminations with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for 3.5 core x 120 sq.mm XLPE/PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade cables as required .
Dismantling and returning to AAI store (store at Yarada hills) one no160 KVA DG set from Yarada hills to AAI store at Yarada hill by using proper equipment and following safety standards etc.. Complete as required.
Supply & installation of 2" thick Rockwool insulation on existing exhaust pipe of 150mm dia for 160 KVA DG set. (Approxmately 5 metres length).
