Towards excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards Dhrangadhra sand stone (buff yellow in color) work in plain ashlar in super structure up to floor five level in lime mortar lime, surkhi (50% red and 50% light yellow) and marble dust 1:1.5:0.5 including pointing with Lime mortar lime, surkhi (50% red and 50% light yellow) and marble dust 1:1.5:0.5with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards Dhrangadhra sand stone ( buff yellow in color) work in flooring use using 60% new stone and 40% old stone in lime mortar, surkhi (50% red and 50% light yellow) and marble dust 1:1.5:0.5 including pointing with Lime mortar, surkhi (50% red and 50% light yellow) and marble dust 1:1.5:0.5with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade etc. complete as per site in charge. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. Towards finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards provision for providing and fixing vitreous enamel all weather proof porcelain base ceramic coated protection notice board made out of l6 gauge CRCA mild steel sheet 0.9m X0.6m and enameled in blue & Red background & white letters with specified matter Gujrati, Hindi and English with 2 nos. of Logo on the top left & right corner. as per enclosed color drawing provided with rust proof galvanized angle frame of size 50x50x5mm thick back side of the board all around and fitted with screws with rust proof galvanized supporting angle stand of size 50x50x5mm and 2250mm long of 2 no per board with nut bolt and washer and welded hold flat at bottom complete size 900mrn height x600mm width (EACH) all complete as per the direction of sit- in-charge (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and fixing Jodhpur Yellow stone tri-lingual cultural Small Direction board in English, Hindi and Gujrati of size (0.4m x 0.75m x 0.1m) in between Jodhpur Yellow stone base (0.4m x 0.75m) and height 0.15m o Write up should be engraved (Avg.500 characters) on Jodhpur Yellow stone surface with all graphic work as required including moulding work, earth work, cement concrete etc all as per instruction of EIC (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards supplying and fixing Cultural Notice Board (CNB) made of yellowish Jodhpur sandstone, comprising a plaque of size 1.10m x 0.75m x 0.10m, fixed in an inclined manner on a stone pedestal of 1.86m height. The pedestal shall be embedded 0.60m below ground using 1:4:8 cement concrete, including necessary earthwork. The plaque shall have trilingual engraving (Gujarati, Hindi & English) as per approved design. including chamfering and moulding the edges of pedestal, plaque etc complete in all respects including material, labour, transportation, and finishing.
