Taking down cement plaster any description over wall and ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in floor,landing,slab and similar suspended work not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of floor/ wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing of unserveable tiles and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars,etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed

M & L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC Coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggrgate, chamfered edges etc including necessary formwork all as specified and directed,

M & L Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed

S & F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall to receive wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 of block/ brick masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M/L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps ,jambs,pillars,window cills,cooking plat forms 18 to 20mm thick like in cement mortor (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with pigments to match the shade of granite over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 including cutting mirror polishing and edge rounded as study table etc complete all as per specified as directed
