Schedules of Works

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) type D2, as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation footings, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Formwork and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.

Use and waste From work to sides of concrete foundation footing bases of columns raft and raft beam, sides and soffit of foundation and plinth beam and similar works vertical or batter, flat and rough finished concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirm to TMT Bar of Fe-500D IS-1786 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item no. 6 but 5mm dia and over up to & including 10 mm dia in stirrups and spacers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with Grade 'C' solid block, exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material & Labour plain cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection, including necessary formwork and filling joints with sealing compound Grade 'A', complete all as specified and as directed.
