Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (un-reinforced) and removing to a distance n.exc 50m distance complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundation 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels & Drain complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts,Wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil for sewage pipe line/manhole and cleaning the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point

Demolition and breaking of Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore of Pipe, Classs NP2 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore Class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipe of 300mm bore including packing under and completely surrounding in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius,built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement , including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed. Note-Inner girth shall only measured for payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping,kerbing,kneelers, apex stones,bed plates etc complete all as specified and directed.
