Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Cumplinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory windows and other frames,wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length(holdfast lugsordash fastener shallbepaid for separately). Second class Kail wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second class kail wood - 35 mm thick shutters.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and Instringers, treads, landings etc.of staircases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, M.S. tube

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barreltype) with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo withISI, IS:3564,embossed onthebody,door weight up to 35kg and door width upto700mm),with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.
