Area levelling-Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Earth work excavation Up to 1.50 m depth for foundation, drains etc in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including filling in basement , back filling the excavated portions and sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming, consolidating, conveying and depositing the excess spoil or filling in low lying area and levelling within an initial lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Plain cement concrete work 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete,centering,shuttering, laying, consolidating, curing, etc. for foundation levelling course, flooring, etc.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix with 20mm and downgrade hard granite broken stones or lean mix, including all charges for centering and shuttering, mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, etc. complete for foundation/ levelling course, flooring, etc.

Reinforced Cement Concrete work 1:1.5:3 for PreCast Slab ,guard stones etc. using 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete,laying,cost of necessary form work,consolidating ,curing, and placing the pre cast slabs in neat lines and levels in the required position etc.complete but excluding cost of reinforcement

Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, cost of wire etc. complete(Reinforcements will be issued by HOCL at free of cost).

Brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using country burnt bricks,including raking joints, curing, , etc. complete.

Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonary Work In C M 1:6 using solid cement concrete blocks of approximate size 300 x 200 x 150 mm for superstucture walls, compound walls etc. including curing.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, for an average thickness of 15 mm , one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels to rough faces of brick masonry, rubble masonry etc.

Providing flushing coat of cement over plastered surface including finishing smooth in required lines and levels, curing etc.complete.

Providing and laying 9 mm thick or nearest size white coloured glazed vitrified tile of size 600x600 mm laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 in floors and walls (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & pattern, pointing the joints with matching colour cement,finishing neat to lines and level etc. complete.

Dismantling and removing Brick masonry works including disposal of debrices at places pointed out any where within the company premises.

Dismantling and removing PCC works including disposal of debrices at places pointed out anywhere within the company premises.
