M&L Tripod Earthing Complete with 3 numbers of 17mm, 250 micron, 3 metre long copper rod buried directly in earth pit not less than 5.0 M deep below normal ground level and copper rod connected to copper strip of size 50 x 6 mm by brazing only, earth strip protected with light grade GI Pipe 80 mm dia bore from copper rod and up to and including the earth test point made of gunmetal Phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25 mm. The earth pit filled with 27 Kgs of Curec+ and 50 Kgs of Curecon chemicals and removal of the excavated soil depositing at place where directed, PCC Pit in PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 40 mm thick in RCC ( 1:2:4 ) type B 1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways including provision of MS angle iron frame of 40 X40X 3 mm, testing complete all as directed and specified. Notes:- i) Earth conductor from earth plate to equipment up to 7.5 M length deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor and beyond 7.5 M will be measured and paid under the respective item of the schedule. ii) Cost of excavation, returning and filling, earth work required based on the nature of earth pit for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate.)

M&L for PVC single core (flexible) copper conductor cable, PVC insulated (unsheathed) 1100 volts conforming to IS:694 of 50 Sqmm complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L Test point terminal box made out of gunmetal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 no's 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal screws along with fixing arrangements complete all as directed.

S&F for copper solid flat earth plate of size 50 cm x 50 cm, 8 mm thick duly making holes of 15 Nos min and providing suitable size copper nut, bolt and washers for connecting earth strips from different earth pits fixing the plate using suitable insulators, studs and hold fasts complete all as directed.

M & L for earthing pit display board made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 30 x 35 cm welded to 75 cm long 25 x 25 x5 mm thick MS angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) to a depth of 20 cm below GL and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed steel surface and writing the letters on the plate for showing the following details : - a) Earthing Pit No b) Date of Measurement c) Next Due Date d) Standard Value

Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of flame proof / weather proof with fire retardant split AC comprising of indoor and outdoor units complete with cordless remote control unit with built in air ioniser, Plasma filter for better indoor air quality, leakage detector etc, of energy efficient rating of capacity 1.5 Ton with Eco friendly refrigerant R-32/407/410 A providing necessary fixing arrangements for indoor / outdoor such as outdoor stand copper pipe leak detection and rectification after installation. AC shall be strictly in compliance to CIMFR specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of flame proof voltage stabilizer of 4.0 KVA capacity for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 260V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% with high & low voltage cut out & time delay including electric connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix MS single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket including provision of single pole MCB up to 20A complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sq mm, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded with copper conductor drawn through and including suitable size of ERW steel conduit pipe and accessories and one run of 6 sq mm, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded with copper conductor for earth continuity complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 2 run of 6 sum single core copper conductor, 1 run of 6 sqmm copper conductor earth wire, PVC conduit and its accessories will be measured as one unit

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with Grade 'C' solid block, not exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparing of New plastered surface of wall, applying 1mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of distemper oil bound over primer coat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of UPVC ( Unplasticized Poly-Vinyl Chloride ) Fixed Shutter, multichambered and stiffened / reinforced framed windows using 112mm x 52mm x 2.3mm (±0.2mm) size sections around as main frames and shutters made with the profile sections of size 68mm x 42mm, including the cost and fixing of 5mm thick clear Toughened glass in shutters and SS Mesh in mesh shutters of size 60mm x 35mm with necessary beadings, the corners of all the profiles of frames and shutters shall be homogeneously fusion heat welded without any gaps. The shutters shall have touch lock and handles, beadings and other associated fittings to facilitate smooth operation. Both the Frame and the Shutters shall be Reinforced with GI Profiles of thickness 1.25mm. Fixing the window unit to the existing masonry with anchor fasteners as required. The gaps between the window frames and masonry walls shall be filled with silicon(Dowsil) or with any other suitable filler materials by the installation team at site.

S&F of UPVC (Unplasticized Poly-Vinyl Chloride ) Double panel openable multichambered and stiffened / reinforced framed Doors using 62 mm x 70 mm x 2.3mm (±0.2mm) size sections around as main frames with necessary Mullion sections of sizes 76 mm x 62 mm as sash bars and shutters made with the profile sections of size 102 mm x 62 mm, including the cost and fixing of Half 5mm thick clear Toughened glass / Half 5mm PVC Panel in shutters with necessary beadings, the corners of all the profiles of frames and shutters shall be homogeneously fusion heat welded without any gaps. The shutters shall have cylindrical lock and handle with key and other associated fittings, to facilitate smooth operation. Both the Frame and the Shutters shall be Reinforced with GI Profiles of thickness 1.25mm. Fixing the door unit to the existing masonry with anchor fastener as required. The gaps between the Door frames and masonry walls shall be filled with silicon(Dowsil) or with any other suitable filler materials by the installation at site.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removal of debris out of premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exceeding 15 cm thick (unreinforced) (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Material & Labour 25 mm thick plain cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for floor tiles

Material and Labour for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sq.m, in floors etc., set with spacer, joints of more than 3mm are grouted with epoxy grout in any colour to match the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include for providing screed bed laid under tiles.

Material & Labour for Vitrified Ceramic Light Shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc. set with spacer, joints of more than 3mm are grouted with epoxy grout in any colour to match on including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include for providing rendering / backing coat under tiles.

Material & Labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 18- 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and directed.

Rounding and Polishing to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platforms and other similar locations.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood having cross sectional area exceeding 13 sq cm & not exceeding 25 sq cm as in plain fillet, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails of brad, etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for 18/19mm thick Plywood, grade BWP type BB fixed with screws to timber frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour in repairs for 1mm thick acrylic laminated mica in any colour finishes fixed with adhesive material for shutters of ward robes, cabinets etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames)s exceeding 1.5 sq. m but n exceeding 4 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium partition consisting of frames, mineral fibre board, glass etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 75.0mm thick Gypwall Classic partition consist of GypSerra® (“Patented in India (325062)”) Metal framework having maximum reachable height of 2500mm satisfying L/240 criterion at 200Pa, possessing fire rating of 30mins, tested in accordance to BS-476 Part 20 & 22 & sound insulation (R) of 40dB, tested in accordance to ISO 10140-2/ASTM E90 & spectrum adaption term as per ISO 717-1, having U-value of 0.645W/m²K & Medium duty rating as per BS 5234 part 2. Partition comprises of single layer, tapered edge Gypsum Board, certified GreenPro by CII & strategic location of manufacturing plants results in lower carbon emissions. Partition includes single layer of 12.5mm thick Gypboard®Plain ISI marked, conforming to IS 2095 Part 1:2011 having flexural strength – {Longitudinal > 500N & transverse > 180N} on both side of framing. All the performance test are carried out at NABL accredited/ government approved lab, including openings/doors/windows and required fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Suspended 12.5mm thick Plain board Ceiling includes GypSerra™ Perimeter Channel {Material-GI(IS513),YS260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} is fixed along the Perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of PVC Anchor (6x40) at 600mm c/c for brick wall. GypSerra™ Ceiling Angle {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} is suspended by fixing it to the Gyproc® soffit cleat {GI(IS513)YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 120GSM(IS277)}. Soffit Cleat and Gyproc® Rawl Plug- Ø8x45mm {Material-IS 513 CR1 grade, Zinc coating (7 to 8 microns) pull out load- 6.8kN for M30 concrete grade} creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. GypSerra™ Intermediate channel {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} is fixed to the GypSerra™ Ceiling Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement {Material–As per EN 10083 Finish – Zinc Plating} or with 2 Nos of Ø4.2 x13 Gyproc® Metal to Metal screw {Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50 Finish- Zinc Coating Thickness- 4.14micron.} The GypSerra™ Ceiling Section {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} is then fixed to the GypSerra™ Intermediate Channel {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} with the help of Gyproc® Connecting Clip {Material-High carbon spring steel wire(BS970Gr.En42)-46-48HRC,Finish-Zinc plating 4-6 micron} and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard® Plain (conforming to IS 2095 (Part 1):2011,Certified board) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm Drywall screws {Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50,Finish-Case hardened Grey Phosphating} at 230mm centres on ceiling section & 150mm at periphery of ceiling. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc® Pro-Fill Jointing compound (Conforms to ASTM C475), Gyproc® Joint Paper tape. Serrated section has effective thickness of 2T (2xdepth), better load carrying capacity, enhanced screw retention, Improved acoustic performance & fire resistance as compared to plain n steel section. etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and removing existing smoke/heat sensor from existing false ceiling including wiring and connected items and refixing the same after new false ceiling is laid complete all as specified and directed
