Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Excavation : Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soils n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc

Excavation : Earth work in excavation in any type of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Site clearance in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material(soils) exc. 500m but n.exc 1500m and depositing where directed.

Moorum : Supply and filling of Moorum/Red Bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore with broken stone/ boulders of gauge exc. 63mm but n.exc.100mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick and watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Stone Masonry : Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

PCC FLOORING : PCC 1:4:8 in floors/ paving of type D-2, 1:4:8 with 40mm graded aggregate, 100 mm thick . Concreting should be done in panels as directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

PCC FLOORING : PCC 1:2:4 in floors/ paving of type B-1, 1:2:4 with 20mm graded aggregate, 115 mm thick . Concreting should be done in panels as directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

Wearproof topping 20 mm thick using CC 1:2:4, as specified incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner). Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of metalic floor hardener,

Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement or Vaccume dewater flooring as directed be EIC at site.

Forming joints in CC using Aluminium dividing strips width 38 mm and 1.5 mm thick, inserted in position, confirm to design. Complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 :PCC : Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, floors, filling and mass concrete, Complete all as specified and directed .

RCC : Reinforced cement concrete (Type B1, 1:2:4 with 20 mm aggregates) in columns, pillars, piers, posts etc.Complete all as specified and directed.

REINFORCEMENT : Mild steel(TMT) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. Complete all as specified and directed. .

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed.

Structural steel (S&F) : Structural steel work Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Steel confirming to Fe410W (Gde E-250 quality A). Make : TATA, Jindal, Complete all as specified directed.

Structural steel work : Supply and erection of framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset pla tes, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete. steel conforming to Fe.410 W .Gde-E-250 quality B. including application of of one coat of zinc chromate primer paint. Make : TATA, Jindal, Complete all as specified directed. Complete all as specified and directed

Structural steel (S&F) : Mild steel bolts. purpose made. of dia. of neck n.exc. 12 mm with hexagonal orsquare head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long. Complete all as specified directed.

SY.ENAMEL PAINTING (STEEL) (M&L) : Synthetic enamel painting two coats on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth - including preparation of surfaces and application of one coat red oxide primer.

Roofing sheet : Supply and fixing of pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/ trapezoidal profile roofing sheets of thickness 0.5 mm having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall with self tapping screws etc. Make : TATA / Jindal /Essar. Complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved in plan with 1:4 cement mortar. Complete all as specified and directed.

PLASTERING : Rendering of 10mm thick plastering with 1:6 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. Complete in all respects as specified and directed.

Snap grid : Supply and fixing of 605x605 mm snap grid Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. complete all as specifiedand directed, Make : Armstrong

Sheet glass : Supply and fixing of Sheet glass, ordinary quality 4.0 mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane. Complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

ALUMINIUM SHUTTERS : Supply and fixing complete of anodised aluminium Door / window / ventilator shutters powder coated fixed type without sash bar ,aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointig cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprane packing, handles 2 nos. in each door, hinges/sliding rollers, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as directed by E.I.C.
