BOQ ( Sch A ) water suply works Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50M wide and not exceeding 1.5M depth in soft/loose soil and getting out for laying pipes, cables etc and fitting including forming bottom surface to required level and slope complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed..

Supply, installation and testing of Centrifugal Pumpset complete 30 HP/22 KW, Bronze Impeller enclosed, head 150 mtr, Horizontal Five Stage pump, speed rated 2940 RPM, flow rated 450 LPM complete all as specified and directed . Make;- Kirloskar, model No RKB 50/15L or equivalent model in make specified in particular sopecification.

Taking out old unserviceable GI water tubing and Supply & fixing Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all GI fittings (such as bend,elbows,tees, connections, short pieces, back nuts, unions, caps & plugs etc) laid in trenches or on open surfaces including cutting, threading and testing bore of pipe 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 here in before but bore of pipe 80 mm

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve and Supply & fixing sluice valve of size 100mm bore , cast iron body flanged and drilled as per ISI 14846 (ISI Marked) specifications PN-1.6 with stainless nuts, bolts, washers & fibre/rubber gasket, steel spindle including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable foot valve and supply & fixing cast iron foot valve suitable for 80 mm bore pipe including gasket, nuts,bolt, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable foot valve and supply & fixing cast iron foot valve suitable for 100 mm bore pipe including gasket, nuts,bolt, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/Dismantling old unserviceable non return valve and supply & fixing cast iron non return valve of size 100 mm bore class-I PN-1.6 (ISI Marked) with both end flanged complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/Dismantling old unserviceable non return valve and supply & fixing cast iron non return valve of size 80 mm bore class-I PN-1.6 (ISI Marked) with both end flanged complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable starter and Supply & fixing Fully automatic starter suitable for 50 HP, Relay range 30-50 A, MN 45 FASD Fully automatic Star Delta Starter, in sheet enclosure type complete all as specified and directed. Make : L &T Cat No SS94021 or equivalent cat part in make specified in particular specification.

Taking out old unserviceable burnt copper/aluminium cable and Supply & fixing unarmoured (Heavy duty) PVC insulated electric copperconductor cable for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts of size, 1100 Volts grade cable 3 core 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning LT XLPE 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with GI steel or tape and over all PVC sheathing cross sectional area120 sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches, floor through pipes,in duct, on pole and roads etc including making good as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for the same. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

Supplying and laying reinforced precast cable cover class LV, type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing / laying of galvanized iron pipe of 80 mm nominal bore light grade for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc with clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be included in the item rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 X 6 mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200 X 150 X 15 mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on complete all as specified and directed. Note: - On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.
