Annual Maintenance service of 28 PCs, including 34 laser jet printer,02 Photocopy machine and 17 Office intercom installed with HQ ADG (NEI) Guwahati for the period of 11 moths:- (i) The AMC shall be non-comprehensive and will cover software (OS) & Hardware in service, maintenance and troubleshooting only. Replacement of parts if required shall be carried out by the vendor, However the parts will be made available by HQ ADG (NEI) Guwahati. (ii) The vendor will provide one servicing visit for inspection and servicing of all the PCs and its peripherals. Thereafter vendor will carry out one visit every monthly for servicing and preventive maintenance. (iii) In addition to the monthly visit the vendor will attend the complaints for repair/ servicing as required basis. (iv) Contractors also submit proof of payment of GST as applicable. In addition TDS on account of GST should be deducted if applicable as per the rules on the date of payment.
