Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic digitally printed tiles of size 300x450mm, 7mm thick in vertical surfaces of wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for vitrified tiles, double charged, first quality of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry, finished with flush pointing in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE (I)]

M&L for vitrified tiles, double charged, first quality for skirting cut from tiles of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick, to suit the size of floor tile, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE (I)]

S&F in repairs PVC valve less, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle, brackets complete including PVC connection and outlet pipe all as directed. S&F in repair vitreous china white flat back wash hand basin 550 x 440mm size including 15mm dia PVC connection 600mm long, brass CP waste coupling, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe, CI/MS brackets including cutting for and pinning in brackets or fixed with brass screws all as directed.
