Note: 1 Bidder cannot quote the rates lower than the minimum wages as per minimum wages Act and including other charges

i.e GST, EPF, including administrative charges, ESIS & Labour Cess.

Note: 2 Even if rates are quoted lower than amount derived under special Note-1 his bid will be considered non-responsive and

out rightly rejected.

Note: 3 The above amounted derived by adopting prevailing minimum wages rate including prevailing provisions o EPF,ESIC

and GST Tax rates as per rules.

Note: 4 Bidders has to put their bid considering above all this provisions and requirement of paying the wages to the persons

engaged as per Schedule-B and the charges applicable during the currency of contract of this work. The payment to

the person engaged in the work by the bidder should be made through cheques or online. (All tha payment shall shall

be engaged persons made from banking system either bonus or advance payment, Cash payment are not allowed).

Note: 5 Bidder shall have to provide the required documents and evidence of payment made to the men engaged on the work

while claiming each R.A Bill.
