Material & labour mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in repair 100 mm bore cast iron pipe (sand cast) as in soil, waste and vent pipe, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints laid in trenches or in floor including taking down/ dismantling of existing pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up existing drain pips 150 mm bore(SWG,A.C., or R.C.C.) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding haunching etc and removing from site to a distance not exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Salt Glazed stone ware Grade 'A' drain pipes ISI marked laid in trenches, jointed and tested, 150mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, concrete bed laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of SGSW pipes 150mm bore after the pipes have been laid and tested all as specified (SGSW pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material and Labour Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured separately)

Material & Labour coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc. 0.11 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with colour pigment over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick, coloured, as in vertical wall surface etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing vitreous china squatting pan Orrissa pattern size 580 x 440 mm white with intregal foot rests, with & including P or S trap (excluding material & labour of flushing cistern and flush pipe) including conection to trap and to flush pipe etc complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing PVC 10 Ltrs capacity, valveless, syphonic action typ, flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle incuding brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cutting hole into or through brick walls built in cement mortar ( Man hole/ septic tank ) area exc 400sqcm for connecting to existing manhole etc and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrtete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry Soakage well of 2.40m internal dia, 6.0m effective depth with excavation & earth work in hard/ dense soil , PCC in foundation 1:3:6 type C-2 , walls of honey comb and solid brick work in CM ( 1:4) , RCC cover slab M-25 design mix duly reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar @ 120 mm C/C , filling with brick bats, complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing No TD-309 sheet 1/4 to 4/4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of Septic tank for 25 users with excavation & earth work in hard / dense soil , PCC in foundation 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all round / fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame, vent shaft and sludge chamber etc complete as per drawing no TD-217, sheet 1/7 to 7/7 of HQ CEBZ Bareilly complete all as specified and directed.
