REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF HT CABLE, HT INDOOR/OUTDOOR AND REPLACEMENT OF STRAIGHT THROUGH JOINTS, REPLACEMENT OF GOD, LA INCLUDING REPAIR /REPLACEMENT /SERVICING /CALIBARATION OF HT VCB, SERVICING DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER AND CONNECTED ALLIED WORKS AT AF

Disconnecting of HT/LT connections of transformer, including disconnecting of earthing lead, unscrewing nuts, bolts and washers, testing their un-serviceability (open and closed circuit test) with the help of composite unit of transformer of capacity 100 to 350 KVA, 6600/433 Volt, and isolation transformer of any capacity, refixing all connection and testing on load. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for opening of top lid cover of transformer of capacity 100 to 350 KVA, 6600/433 volts indoor /outdoor, disconnecting all internal connections of HT/LT side for periodical maintenance such as cleaning of core and winding by means of washing by hosing down with clean dry oil to remove the dust/sludge on core and coil, cleaning of oil tank to remove sludge deposited, replacement of rusted gasket set, burnt spindle, broken/ unserviceable HT/LT ceramic bushing, broken arc horn, surge arrestor, replacement of silica gel etc , refixing all connection and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully defective transformer of capacity 100 to 350 KVA 6600/433 Volt indoor/outdoor and from foundation base including draining out old transformer oil complete carefully and keeping the same in a cleaned container in safe custody for re use after repair works of transformer and transportation from site to workshop and back to site after repair, connecting HT as well as LT side to existing system, testing and commisioning after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Transformer Oil to be re-used shall be dehydrated/ filtered under respective items.

Material and labour for open the top cover of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 315 KVA, after disconnecting HT/LT connection, drain out of transformer oil and preserve it in container, replacement of all gasket for prevention of leaking, replacement of broken HT/LT bushes complete as per existing and refixing all connection and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. Note- For item No 1.00 to 4.00. (a) Cost of transformer oil for cleaning by Hosing down shall deem to be included in the quoted rates. (b) Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side and horn surge arrester etc. for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

Material and labour for rewinding of LT copper strip coil for off sizes transformer after removing unserviceable insulating materials, re-insulation and re-winding with new copper wire as per existing size of core of transformer including heating, varnishing, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of HT wire coil for off sizes transformer using proper size new copper wire and HV Insulating materials suitable for working voltage 6.6 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ceramic bushing and gasket on HT Side of transformer 100KVA to 350KVA, 6600/433 Volt or 11000/433 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ceramic bushing and gasket on LT side of transformer 100 KVA to 350KVA, 6600/433 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair breather assembly filled with silica gel 500 gm of metal body as Approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair brass spindle for terminal on HT side threaded complete with nut, washers, etc. of dia as ordered, as approved and suitable for transformer 100 to 350 KVA, 11000/433 volt or 6600/433 Volt, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair brass spindle for terminal on LT side threaded complete with nut, washers, etc. of dia as ordered, as approved and suitable for transformer 100 KVA to 350KVA, 6600/433 volt, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair gasket (cork sheet) 6 mm thick with conical rubber bush complete as approved and suitable for transformer 100KVA to 350 KVA, 6600/433 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting including preparation of body of transformer 100KVA to 350 KVA, 6600/433 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed grade) cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed grade) cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up new transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 60MV complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dehydrartion of transformer oil after dehydration di-electric strength not less than 40MV in 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate to be quoted will be inclusive of transportation of dehydration machine at various location where transformer installed.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed grade) cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for finding out faulty HT UG cable already laid within the 2 KM radius complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) HT cable fault detector machine to be arranged / brought by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) Straight through joint to be measured and paid separately under respective items. (c) HT cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (d) Necessary earth work to dig out the faulty location shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 6.6 KV VCBs of any make from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and servicing of 6.6KV in door VCB, checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 6.6 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay ( set of two over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete all as specified and directed. Note :Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of micro processor base relay (02 O/C + 01 EF) for 6.6 KV VCB panel, rating 5 Amps, auxiliary supply 20-110 Volt DC including taking down existing relay of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installion, testing and commissioning of voltage operated auxiliary relay with SR contacts for 6.6 KV VCB panel, coil rating 24V DC with operational time 20-25 ms including taking down existing relay of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair trip and close switch for 6.6 KV VCB panel 02 Amps/ 110 volt with locking arrengement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amp 6600 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing / greasing of HT Switch air break ( GOD) 6.6 KV TP with replacement of corroded nut bolts, ACSR jumpers, making alignment of operating mechanism for proper ON / OFF operation of GOD and male contact including complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor, proper jointing with suitable clamps and termination with the help of suitable lugs in GODs, Drop Out units, insulators and cable end terminations etc of weasel with permissible sag as per IS rules etc including taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for couductor, working pressure 6600 Volt, complete all as specified and directed.
