Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete including use and waste Formwork as ordered/required at Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with modular Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with modular Size Bricks),less than half brick thick on wall built in cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20MM graded aggreagte as in coping bed block etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for redndering in cement mortar (1;4) 15MM thick on concrete /brick masonry wall surfaces, mixed with WPC & 2% of cement, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water Proofing Compund complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path/hardstanding/sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in path/hardstanding/sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for providing Pre-cast cement concrete1:3:6 block masonary with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in morter 1:4 complete.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2: (20mm graded aggregate) in cover slab of manholes, septic tanks, etc, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing RCC slabs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement will be Measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), removing from the Site and rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Heavy duty (Dura stone) Coloured Ceraminc Tiles 300x300x8-10m thick, in floors, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White Cement mixed with plgment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L three coat of white was on wall surface including preparation of surface.
