M & L checking/replacing the worn out parts such as rubber pully, locking pin, nuts and washer of ceiling fan any size complete, with one coat of synthetic enamel white paint by spraying after cleaning all dust etc including writing MES NO all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting Exhaust fan/wall mounting fan of any sweep complete, with one coat of synthectic enamel suitable paint by spraying after cleaning all dust etc including writing MES NO all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Item No 1 & 2 Repair shall be measured and paid separately

Dismantling/opening the ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep of any make removing the old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts and reqinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and directed at site

Dismantling/opening the Exhaust fan of 300 m sweep of any make removing the old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts and reqinding with the same gauge supper enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and directed at site

All as per item No 4 above but for 450 mm sweep exhaust fan/wall mounting fan all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling celing fan in any size and sweep removing old bearing and bushes of any size supply and fixing new bearing suitable size of make SKF/TATA/NBC and bushes including greasing and reassembling and testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing old unserviceable fan capacitor and material and labour for fixing new capacitor 2.5 mfd of suitable make and size testing the fan all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling 300/400/600mm sweep exhaust fan/air circulator (wall mounting) of any make and replacing the suitable size worn out bearing and bushes with new bearing bushes of make TATA/NBC/SKF including greasing reassembling and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing defective old capacitor, supply and fix new capacitor of 4 mfd suitable for exhaust fan/Air ciculator of any size, make, model and testing all as specified by Engr-in-Charge,

Removing defective old capacitor, supply and fix new capacitor of 6 mfd suitable for exhaust fan/Air ciculator of any size, make, model and testing all as specified by Engr-in-Charge,

S&F Exhaust fan louver up to 300 mm dia including taking down of old louver and matching disturbed surface by proper painting all as directed.

S&F Exhaust fan louver 450 mm dia including taking down of old louver and matching disturbed surface by proper painting all as directed.

S&F Ceiling fan blade 1200/1400mm sweep as per sample all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Exhaust fan blade 300/450 sweep all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of base asssembly of air circulator including painting of matching colour all as specified for any sweep all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F in replacement of rear dom of air circulator including painting of matching colour as per front side all as specified for any sweep all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F air circulator grill set complete including taking down of old one for any sweep as per sample all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement canopy of matching colour as existing suitable for ceiling fan of any sweep all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the existing Geyser 25 ltr capacity on it portion and transporting to work shop for repair, opening the body carefully and taken out the copper container and arrest the water leakage by bracing/soldering the copper/brass rods and refixing and return back to site and refixing the existing location all as directed and specified at site.

Supply and fixing thermostat 0ºC to 80ºC for Geyser all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj or equivalent in Havells/CG/Usha

Supply and fixing Geyser element 1500W cup type all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj or equivalent in Havells/CG/Usha

Supply and fixing Geyser element 1500 W Trianguler type all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj or equivalent in Havells/CG/Usha

Supply and fixing PVC Hot water connection pipe 45 cm long all as directed and specified at site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

supply and fixing indication lamp square/round in red and green colour,230 Volts AC all as directed and specified at site. Make : Bajaj or equivalent in Havells/CG/Usha
