Demolishing the brickwork manually/ by mechanical means including stacking the useful materials and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation (wherever possible), grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared using tractor with hydraulic/Agricultural equipments/attachments (wherever possible) inculding cost of all materials and labours charges etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 13.61.1 Two or more coats on new work.inculding cost of all materials and labours charges

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) inculding cost of all materials and labours charges

Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 4.1.5 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.2 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) inculding cost of all materials and labours charges etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Provision for applying the 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 13.1.1 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) over the compound wall including curing, all matrial and labour charge etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand): 11.26.1 25 mm thick etc. complete inculding cost of all materials and labours charges as directed by site incharge.

Supply of the Chain saw tree cutter petrol operated of approved brand HUSQVARNA 2 hp 1.52 kW Petrol Chain Saw, 125 or its equivalent including all the charges etc complete.

Fixing the Cultural Notice Boards and direction boards as per approved existing design available at site using text engraved over black granite stones including all material & labour charbges, loading, unloading and transpostation charges at site etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Edging with bricks laid dry length wise, including required excavation, refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading surplus earth neatly within a lead of 50 m: 2.19.1 Common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of Class designation 7.5. inculding cost of all materials and labours charges
