Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

Providing and applying 2.5 cm premix carpet (using paver finisher) surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen ( With paving asphalt 80/100 (VG 10) heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per Kg of asphalt) per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc complete(Tack coat to be paid for seperately). With Paving Asphalt grade VG - 10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt.

Providing and laying seal coat over prepared surface of road with bitumen heated in bitumen boiler fitted with the spray set spraying using 98 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 and blinding surface with 0.90 cum of stone aggregate of 6.7 mm size (Passing 11.2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with power road roller all complete. (Seal coat items to be operated only with the prior approval of EIC.)

Providing and spraying a thin layer of sand over the finished road at a thickness not exceeding 3 to 4 mm so as to ensure the desired leval of traction for smooth vehicle transport, including cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipments such as rollers etc.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of one number (250 KVA, 11/0.433kV, Dyn11) Outdoor type Distribution Transformer at WRPL Viramgam confirming to BIS: 1180 Level-II

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of one number medium voltage switchboard as per technical specification attached at IOCL, WRPL Viramgam.

Point wiring Supplying, installation and testing with 1.5 Sq.mm stranded PVC insulated copper conductor wires for phase & neutral of 650V grade including earthing by providing 1.5 Sq.mm earth insulated continutity wire of copper in PVC conduit (Supply & installation of PVC conduit covered elsewhere in SOR) recessed on wall/ceiling/ false celing including supply & installation of switch boxes,junction boxes, pull boxes, bushes, screws, check nuts, bends, modular switches and sockets . The circuit wiring with 4 Sq.mm PVC copper wire from D.B. to switchboard as required is also in the scope of the contractor.

Wiring for 250 V single phase and neutral 16 amps modular power plug point with PVC insulated 4 sq. mm. copper conductor wires for phase & neutral, 650 V grade including earthing, the third pin with 2.5 sq. mm copper conductor earthing insulated continuity wire, complete with providing and fixing of 6 pin 16/6A modular socket and 20/10 A modular switch (1 plug point per circuit) as per specifications and drawings

Wiring as in item no. 1 for 250 V single phase and neutral 6 amps modular plug point with PVC insulated 2.5 sq. mm. copper conductor wires for phase & neutral, 650 V grade including earthing, the third pin with 1.5 sq. mm copper conductor earthing insulated continuity wire, complete with providing and fixing of 5 pin 6A modular socket and 10 A modular switch (1 plug point per circuit) as per specifications and drawings. Providing & laying acid resistant tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete: Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Providing & laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finsihing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design in 75x75 mm deep chase.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position anodised aluminium windows & ventilators of standard sections as per IS1948, joint mitred & welded with slotted steel adjustable lugs of size 100x16x3mm embedded in cement concrete block of 1:2:4 mix including providing and fixing 5.5 mm thick plain glass panes with felt, glazing clips and special metal, putty of approved make with aluminium handles, projected hinges etc. complete.

Surface preparation, supplying and painting two or more coats of weather proof acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of make ASIAN (APEX), BERGER or NEROLAC or equivalent on exterior walls over one coat of cement primer and wall putty where required as per specifications and of approved color and make including all scraping , removing unwanted material and scaffolding all complete.

Wall painting (two or more coats)with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing chain link fencing, having 50mmx50mm mesh made out of 10 gauge hot dipped galvanised wire with necessary nuts, bolts, washers and other fixtures required, etc. on an angle frame made of 35 mm x 35mm, 4mm thick, fixed on square section 50mm x 50mm x 4 mm thick, embedded in CC 1:2:4 at 3 m c/c complete .
