REPAIRS AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS, FLOOR TRAPS, GULLY TRAPS ETC TO VARIOUS SCATTERED AREA OF INNER / OUTER POCKET OF AF STN BARRACKPORE UNDER GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Material and labour for cleaning and desluging of existing septic tank of 100 users capacity completely solid/liquid sluge by pumping or any mechanical means from inside of the septic tank and depositing the sluge in excavated pits (required size and depth) to a distance n.exc. 50mtr from the septic tank. Top layers of excavated pit shall be covered by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm for disinfection purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rates shall be inclusive for excavating of pit and cost of bleaching powder.

All as per item 1.00 above but for 50 users capacity and -ditto-.

All as per item 1.00 above but for 20 users capacity and -ditto-.

Material and labour for cleaning and desluging of existing grease trap of any capacity completely solid/liquid oiling sluge by pumping or any mechanical means from inside of the grease traps and depositing the oily sluge in excavated pits (required size and depth) to a distance n.exc. 50mtr from the grease trap. Top layers of excavated pit shall be covered by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm for disinfection purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rates shall be inclusive for excavating of pit and cost of bleaching powder.

Material and labour for cleaning and de-silting/desludgeing of blocked sewage pipe line 150 mm dia and any depth including taking out sludge/silt and other foreign materials from sewage pipe line in any depth by rodding with using PVC/Steel rod or split bamboo sticks throughly between adjacent manholes still clearing flow of sewage line is observed, passing knots kamto and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste / sewage, plugging and diverting the flow to the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt/slugde in deposits as directed including depositing the sluge in excavated pits (required size and depth) to a distance n.exc. 50mtr from the manholes. Top layers of excavated pit shall be covered by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm for disinfection purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rates shall be inclusive for excavating of pit and cost of bleaching powder.

Material and labour for cleaning and desluging of existing manholes of any size and any depth completely solid/liquid sluge by pumping or any mechanical means from manholes including taking out sludge/silt and other foreign materials from manhole and gully traps of any size and depth by showel, rodding or split bamboo sticks throughly from manholes and clearing still liquid sluge flow between adjacent manholes is observed, passing knots kamto and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste/sewage, removed from manholes and depositing the sluge in excavated pits (required size and depth) to a distance n.exc. 50mtr. Top layers of excavated pit shall be covered by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm for disinfection purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rates shall be inclusive for excavating of pit and cost of bleaching powder.

Material and labour for cleaning/chowked EWC/IWC/floor trap/gully trap and minor cleaning of manholes and sewage pipeline etc from inside/outside of the bldg upto first manholes of any type and size as and when complaints occurred including removing and refixing of grating using hand pressure or vacume pressure etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: a) The contractor shall be responsible for maintain daily job card with deployment of 02 Nos of Safaiwala by him to obtain signature of IC complaints cell and deposited after complition on daily basis. b) Complaints to be attended in various scattered area of inner /outer pocket in different locations. c) The contractor shall be responiable for attending complaints within 24 hours of reciept of complaints fron Engr-in-Charge failing which 50% deduction shall be imposed on quoted rate. d) Payment of safawala shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor.
