Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep & averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil.

M & L hard core of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces in broken bricks.

M & L Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sq. M, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6)

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles 450X300X 7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B-2 ( 40mm graded aggregate) thick as in Path & plinth protection & finishing the surface even & fair whtiout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grad and joints are filled with white cement with no pigment laid over and including 15mm thik screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M& L Providing cement concrete in Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, water throughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles andf throating complete all as spcifiecd

M & L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:4 to be finished fair and even with out suing extra cement.

M&L for external rendering 15 mm thick in two layer, first layer shall be of 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and second layer of finishing coat shall be 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately in respective item of Sch 'A'

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L two coat of Oil bound distemper over a coat of pimer on 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of new surfaces

M & L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) and preparation of new plastered surface complete all as speified.

S & F Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false ceiling with Gypsum Board 6 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions of grid size 605 x 605 mm with Aluminium "T" section of size 38 x 25 x 1.50 mm thick for main runners, 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm thick for cross runners and angle of size 25 x 25 x 1.50 mm thick along the walls suspended with and including 4 mm dia., Galvanized mild steel wire (as in suspenders of ceiling members fixed in proper position) including preparing of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distempering complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters with powder Coating , fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified

S&F of Powder coated (minimum 50 micron thick) aluminium window sliding type three track (2 glazed & one gauze shutter ) aluminium sections weighing not less than 1.67kg/m for frame and 0.55 kg/m for shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , screws, handle, locking arrangement and 5.5mm thick plain/tinted glass and aluminium mosquito proof gauge including taking down of old existing steel window and making good disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Window opening size to be measured.)

M&L for fabrication and fixing of anodised Powder Coated aluminium door shutter fixed with rubber gasket, stopper, cleats, handles etc complete for aluminium frame of size 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 2mm and section of bottom and top rail of section114mmx44.45mmx2mm thick and and lock rail shutter frame of 83mm x 44.45mm x 2 mm with and including panels of 5.5 mm thick plain/frosted float glass,and with anodised aluminium snap beading of size 18.2mmx16.66mm scred for fixing fully including all necessary fittinngsand EPDM rubber packing each shutter shall be provided with two decorative type aluminium disc handle of 150 mm dia per shutter ,1 no heavy duty door shutter 1no 200mm long aluminium tower bolt and 3Nos 125 mm long Stainless steel Butt hingeds per shutter including taking down old onecomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) of approved shades, machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in Cladding, Gate pillars, walls etc including Edges grinding,half round, full round as required cement morar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including cutting and polishing etc complete.

M&L for Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes ) each n exc 1.5 cum, getting out soft loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L roof trusses framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing ( beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections Fe-410W) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile stenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/claddiing to wall , fixed with self tapping screws as specefied.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
