Construction of Pannel Room Near 12 MGD at Jamadoba under JMADA, DHANBAD.

5.1.1 Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

5.1.10 Providing coarse clean sand in filling in in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

5.6.3 Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.3.1.1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcement cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level: (1:1.5:3) (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone III ) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ).

5.3.10 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size

5.3.11. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.3.17.1Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for. Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

5.2.14 Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1: 4) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including, providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.7.2 Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.7.11 Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lift as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.8.24 Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.5.29 Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

DSR (10.6.1 )Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

5.5.14 Supplying, fitting and fixing collapsible gate of approved size and make properly fabricated with vertical double channels 20 x 10 x 2mm at 100mm centers and braced with M.S. flat diagonals 20 x 3mm with top and bottom rails of T.iron 40 x 40 x 6mm with 38mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint, car riage, hoisting and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.5.35 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

5.5.28 Labour for fabricating, erecting, hoistion and fixing in position structrral steel work in R.S. Joist, channel, Angle, Tee, flat, plate, latice member, built up compound section in column, girder, stair case, or truss including cost of gusset plates, holding down bolts, anchor plates at all heights and depths, bolting, welding ( machining wherever necessary) with applying a priming coat of red lead paint all complete as per approved drawing, building specification and direction of E/I.

5.8.45 Providing two coats of sythetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.5.5 providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,12mm,& 16mm. dia bars as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

5.5.4 providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia bars as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
