M&L for Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 , 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (for use with masonry),for fixing steel rungs in man holes, string courses, copings, kneelers,apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks,bonders(for stone walling),corbels, brackets, etc(of any section) indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers,weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match all as specified and directed.

S&F Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes 75mm bore (Sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears,with cement joints, fixed to walls

S&F Cast iron cowls for 75mm bore pipe.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section)) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for Internal dia of pipe 200mm all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 27 here in before but for internal dia of pipe 250 mm

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on stone walls etc incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for such as MH covers etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) completed as specified and directed.

Ditto as above but except material

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 20mm for sand stone and dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses completed as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brickwork surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing pre-cast Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar articles, set in CM (1:4).

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, inclding cranking, bendiing spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and biinding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 36 here in before but 10mm dia and above as in rungs of manholes , handles of manhole covers etc all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material soils exc, 250m but n.exc. 500m and depositing where directed
