Steel renewal of structural plates and deck fittings along with stiffeners of deck/ bulkheads/ ship side/ coaming/ tank top /tank breather pipes/ tank level indicator as specified below: (including degutting and regutting of lagging and panelling, DPT and air hose test post renewal) Material grades: DMR 249A, DMR 249B, D 40S, MS, B Quality steel. Standard: NES 155, NES 706. (a) Less than 12mm.

(b) 12mm to 20mm thickness.

(c) 20mm thickness and above.

Manufacturing and fitment of following (Material MS): (a) Brackets/clamps/hooks/pad piece.

(b) Hinges.

(c) Samson bar.

Repair/ Renewal of lockers/ boxes/ racks/ stowage arrangements/ protective covers and their fitment with locking mechanism .(a) MS.

Repair/ repair of chequered plate/ honey comb/ supporting frames in machinery compartment (material supplied by Navy).

Repair/ renewal of manual bleed valves. Mat – MS.

Renewal of distance piece of length 1 feet with flanges on both sides(Dia 50mm, Mat Cu-Ni).

Fabrication and fitment of minor and major equipment foundations. Standard: NES 155,NES 70.

Renewal of Stanchions pipe along with brackets, hook end plate including base plate/ guardrails/ handrails and stands. Mat - Al.

Repair/ renewal of main passageway and alleyway handrails. Material - Al.

Renewal of ladder guardrail/ handrails, steps and step strips. Material - Al (a) ladder step strip

Repair/ renewal of metallic safety net and supporting structure of weather deck. Material – MS rod.

Degutting/ Regutting of metallic panelling (SS/Al/MS/GI) sheets and refitment after chipping including drilling, tapping, riveting, stud welding.

Fitment of tallies. (Material – SS)

Welding of bonding straps.

Manufacturing and fitment of cable trays and cable conduits. Material – GI.

Removal of redundant fittings at scattered locations.

Repair/ Renewal of brackets and supporting structures/ stands/ frames on exposed decks.

Hot work for heating and cutting assistance.

Erection of Bamboo staging/ scaffolding (Material supplied by Contractor).

Proving of Citadels clusters including blanking, rectification of associated defects on trunking/ bulkhead/ deck/ cable conduits.
