Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling of existing normal roof treatment, any type from RCC roof slab including lime concrete/PCC padding over roof, removing layer of bitumen under lime concrete/PCC padding, cement mortar, felt etc and cleaning the surface by hacking to receive plaster and removing demolished materials outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ terrazzo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and removal all rubbish material outside of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, including finishing the joint, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm to face stones and dressing or face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or bourght upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreate), 50 mm thick as in plinth protection/Path/PCC paving etc including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where dirtected and providing 6 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three parts of fine sand by weight), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) for roof padding, leveling course to receive floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:3 on roof slabs with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Item 15.00 Contd........ (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for cleaning of walls and floor of sunken portions including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as directed. Note: (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicators only.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and resecuring or easing and adjusting shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening, complete all as specified and directed.
