B&R PORTION:- Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

M&L for :- (a) Taking down damaged wall plaster upto 30cm height above the damp portion (b) Hacking the brick joint complete by wire brush and chisel (c) Fixing 12NB Nozzles on brick joints in every alternative layer of damped / sepaged / loose plastered portion (d) Grouting the silicon based grouting material in side the holes made as per 12 NB Nozzles on brick joints using pressure pump (e)Applying 1st coat of polymer modified cementation slurry coating over the entire brick surface (f) Then applying 2nd coat of polymer modified cementation slurry coating (g) Allowing 72 hours for weather curing (h) Further allow 72 hrs for hydro testing , complete as per manufacturer`s instruction and finally (j) Applying 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) over the entire treated surfaces complete all as directed. NOTE : The chemical application should be carried out through authorised applicators of Manufacturer as approved by GE with written gurrantee bond of 10 years from date of completion of work. The contractor shall have to submite FDR/Guarantee amount equal to 10% of the cost of work done against this item and same shall be returned to contractor on satisfactory completion of guarantee period. The prices for above item of work considered for & upto four storied Bldgs including steel scafolding.

15mm thick cement plaster rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather coat APEX ULTIMA or equivalent in Shalimar/Berger paints as approved by GE over a coat of Alkali resistant primer over & including a coat of 1.5 mm thick Birla/JK wall care Putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated wall/vertical surfaces by means of washing/rubbing/ scrubbing down to receive the primer/ weather coat and removal of rubbish out side defence land, applying 1.5 mm thick JK / Birla white putty including two coat of weather coat APPEX ULTIMA / BERGER or equivelent (as approved) over a coat of primer of alkali resistant paint including preparation of suraces, complete all as specified and directed at site.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over & including appying with1.5mm thick care wall putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and not exc 2 Sqm. Each and refixing in same opening, complete all as specified.

Solid PVC Double door frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified.

Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site all as specified and directed. 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood Glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete, all as specified.

Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality over a coat of pink primer,complete, all as specified.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel', complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described (reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removal of rubbish out side of MoD land, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4, type, B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in slab supported on walls, columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies and in shelves, complete all as specified.

TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture. .Make : Dr fixit (LW+) or equivalent as approved by GE.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portion (floor and wall) of WCs, bathroom etc shall be done by :- (a) Complete removal of existing filling and treatment over RCC slab and making a slope of 1:4 in PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate and providing all wall and floor joints with coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4, having a radius of 70mm. (b) Applying cement slurry @3Kg/sqm mix with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instruction. Leave it for atleast four hours or till setting. (c) Applying hot blown bitumen primer @ 0.70 kg/Sqm. (d) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen VG-30 grade @ 2.6 Kg/Sqm followed by layer of glass fiber base bitumen felt heavy treatment felt on floor and vertical surfaces. (e) Sealing of joints of trap/WC/Soil pipes with sealing compound approved by Engr-in-Charge. (f) Providing a spout pipe 40mm dia and preparing the surface for filling.

PVC (SWR) floor trap of 75mm dia of outlet, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in kerb or mud stops,rounded or chamfered angles and edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand and 6mm aggregate slurry 1:1.5:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate condition) using glass fiber base bitument felt, grade 2, @ 3.5 ltr per sqm complete all as specified and directed

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. Not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surfacen by forced application complete all as specifed.

Hydrolically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20 mm machine made laid over & including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:3 nixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION:- Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium unserviceable/ perished point wiring (light, fan, socket or power complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pandents, regulators, sockets, light fittings,removing material from site for taking credit etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, complete all as specifiecd and directed.

Point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly running in and including PVC casing & caping (ISI marked) of suitable size with sunken galvanised pressed steel box of thickness not less than 1.12mm of appropriate sizes copvered with 3mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover with all requisite accessories such as PVC elbow, Tee, collars, bends etc. for mounting swtches, sockets, fan regulator etc for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

Note:-Old serviceable switches & MCB shall be taken on charge by the MES for reuse and unsv fittings shall be credited to the contractor.

Sub main wiring with single core cable 2 x 2.5 sq mm FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade including steel conduit painted black / PVC conduit with holding clamps & screws alongwith 1x 2.5 Sq mm FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with main earth dolly including taking down old unsv sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-2 wire of 2.5 sqmm, 1 wire of 2.5 sqmm and one run of steel / PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.
