Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 16 -18 mm thick machine cut, in , bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing ncluding 20 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed and directed by EIC.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

M & L Machine cut mirror polished premium quality kota stone slab in flooring 18 to 20 mm thick over 20mm thick cement screed base in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished premium quality kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick in riser or steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick screed bed cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade fo the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ventilators of any type not exc 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowket or frame n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (wihtout taking of shutter from frame ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for fixing hold fast, coping, cills and filling in pressed steel door frames including necessary form work and finishing the surfaces to match with existing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel flat iron of size 25x3 mm as in hold fast

S & F 2nd class factory made hard wood as in plain straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebeared on the solid, rounded or chamfered, but together with glue pinned at joints, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 2 nd class hard wood factory made 35mm thick plain framed pannelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for frosted glass / tined glass 4.80 mm thick glazing in aluminium frames and ms pre coated frames, area not exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Sheet glass 4mm thick,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each inculding hackinng out old broken glass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle,Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) abricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. All the edges shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per make and specification mentioned as per drawing and specification approved by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 18mm thick PVC solid board plain for PVC/WPC shelf/partition one side decorative laminated PVC sheet all requried brackets 5.5 screws etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. Taking down aluminium / copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, cover plate and frame etc. and making good the disturbed surface on walls floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour in repairs for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper cable 1100V, FRLS grade multistranded drawn in and including suitable size PVC conduit totally concealed/surface conduit in walls/ceiling with tee , bend, elbows , junction box etc. with provision of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity including not less than 1.0mm thick prefabricated galvanised boxes with white modular cover plate of suitable size for fixing modular switches, sockets, regulator and connected the earth wire to common earth dolly for One light / Fan point/ 5 amps same board controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) The quoted rate shall includes all the cost of cutting, chasing, cementing work and making all the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling good to match the existing wall / ceiling along with same colour.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, heavy duty, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers including making suitable hole for fixing Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to keep in safe custody for repair to wall/ ceiling and re-fixing of ceiling fan including repair of unserviceable fans or thorough cleaning of serviceable fans including connecting up including provision of 3 core flexible twisted copper conductor multi-stranded cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan. [Materials required for repair of ceiling fan will be measured and paid under separate item of this schedule]

Supply only Gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fan upto1400 mm sweep.

Repairs to fan shaft by filling metal, cutting by machine, Grinding, polishing complete and making good adequately for ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting of ceiling fans complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs of Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), TPN, 415 volt, 8 Way, IP-42 protection and 1.5 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s, including taking down old unserviceable DB of any type/make and making good and matching with existing surface complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), Vertical, TPN MCCB DB, 415 volt, 4 Way, with and including provision of 100A, 16KA, 4 Pole MCCB as incomer and MCB TPN as outgoing IP-42 protection and 1.5 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s , complete all as specified. (Note :- Rate of MCCB is not included in this Item paid separately in respective item.)

Supply and fixing in repair of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified.

M&L Earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected with Galvanize earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing with DBs all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber & RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40mm thick, with 8mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering , water funnel complete all as specified and testing on completion.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI Strip of 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers and GI tubing 40 mm bore, light grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and includingconcrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) typeC 1 pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 400 x 400 x 50 mm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mash, 20 mm bore GI tubing(L. Labour charge for Taking down ACs (Split/Window) / Refrigerators / Water Coolers of any type and any capacity complete after disconnecting from supply mains and restoring the refrigerant gas and sealing the copper pipe line, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge and refixing it at same or new location after necessaary concrete and painting work on walls complete all as specified. [Note -(i) It is the responsibility of the contractor to keep the AC units / Refrigerators / Water Coolers in safe custody during the execution of work. (ii) Any damage to existing AC / Refrigerator / Water Cooler units done, restoring / refilling gas during taking down and refixing process has to be beared by the contractor on its own cost and no extra cost is given for this.]
