Outsourcing for manning and operation of AC plants, DG sets and fire fitting system at certain location at AF Station Tezpur under GE (AF) Tezpur

Outsourcing for operation of installation Transmitter AC Plant along with DG Sets with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day of 8 hours each, for seven days in a week. , comprising of the following Plant / Machineries / Equipments at AF Stn Tezpur all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) 20 KVA DG set, 415 volt, 50 HZ -01 No (ii) 62.5 KVA DG set, 415V AC, 50Hz. - 01 No (iii) 160 KVA DG set, 415V AC, 50Hz. - 01 No at DWR Bldg. (iv ) Package type AC plant 5.5TR X 3 Nos (02 Nos running and 01 No in standby). (v) Ducts. (vi) Operation of Security Lights Switches as per Time schedule given by the Engr-in-charge. (vii) Operation of LT Panel Board as and when required. Note:- (i)The operator should record temperature, humidity for AC plant & daily DI details for DG set in the register as provided by contractor (ii) The AC plant operator must be qualified for operating the entire plant system (iii) Rate quoted against item no 1.1 to 1.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (iv) Payent against each item (1.1 to 1.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.

Basic rate including Dearness allowance NOTE : (i) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state as on the last date of bid submission end date) (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time

EPF (Employer contribution as per EPF act 1952, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 13 %

ESI (Employer contribution as per ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 3.25 %

Contribution towadrs Bonus (as per Bonus act 1965, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 8.33 % of gross salary

Overhead and profit

Labour welfare cess (min 1%) on sum of Basic, EPF, ESI ,Bonus and profit.

Outsourcing for operation of installation PTT(Simulator) AC Plant alongwith DG Sets with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in two shifts per day of 8 hours each, for seven days in a week., comprising of the following Plant / Machineries / Equipments at AF Stn Tezpur all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) DG Sets ofcapacity 160 KVA - 03 Nos (01 No running and 02 Nos Standby). (ii) 3 X 11 TR package type AC Plant (02 Nos Running 01 No Standby). (iii) Fire Fighting Pumping Set (Diesel Engine Pump Set 30 HP - 01 No, Electric driven Pump 30 HP - 02 Nos, Jockey Pump 5 HP - 01 No). (iv) Ducts. (v) Operation of LT Panel Board as and when required. (vi) Operation of Security Lights Switches as per Time schedule given by the Engr-in-charge. Outsourcing for operation of Air Conditioning Installation fully computerized system at Brahmos DRDO with min one operator per shift (semi skilled), in three shifts per day of 8 hours each, for seven days in a week, comprising of the following Plants / Machineries / Equipments at AF Stn Tezpur:- (i) Chiller unit complete with compressor 180 TR. Make:Blue Star - 03 Nos (ii) Primary Pump 7.5 KW. Make - Kirloskar - 03 Nos (iii) Secondary Pump 7.5 KW. Make: Kirloskar - 02 Nos (ii) Water treatment plant including iron removal filter, dual media filter, activated carbon filter & water softner of 8 Cum/hr- 01 Each (iii) Raw water pump motor 7.5 HP-02 Nos (iv) Treated water pump motor 7.5 HP-02 Nos (v) Electrical driven pump 75KW/100HP-01 No (vi) Diesel Engine driven pump 75KW/100HP - 01 No (vii) Jockey Pump capacity 15KW/20HP-01 No (viii) DG Set 500 KVA with AMF panel make:Powwarica- 03 Nos (ix) One computer with LCD monitor complete for fire alarm system monitoring auto system with UPS 10 KVA-01 No Note:- (i)The operator should record daily DI details of DG set in the register as provided by contractor (ii) Collect DHPP(N) from MES source( Power House) as and when required to fill in DG Set. (iii) Rate quoted against item no 4.1 to 4.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (iv) Payent against each item (4.1 to 4.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.
