Providing, erecting, fitting, fixing, amalgamating with original roof i/c joining & welding wherever necessary of 65/400 "SELF SUPPORTED" CONCEALED FIX ALUMINIUM STANDING SEAM ROOFING SYSTEM MINIMUM 0.9 MM THICK made of aluminium alloy AA3004 comprising of the following layers: (i) Top Layer- 65/400 profiled sheeting manufactured from Aluminium of minimum thickness of 0.9 mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Insulation layer 1 - Rock wool 50mm thick, density 96 kg/m³ (iii)Insulation layer 2 - Rock wool 50mm thick, density 120 kg/m³ (iv) 1 layer of vapour control barrier - Polyethylene film of 0.20 mm thick, heavy duty type. On the existing perforated Steel liner type 28-35/200-250 or Trapezoidal sheeting, (v) Existing halter shall be tightened & steel fastener to be provided wherever required. (vi) Providing PVF2 to match existing coating on the outer face of aluminium standing seam roof. (vii) Provide and fix 12 mm cement/ plaster fibre board for roofing system wherever required as per site requirement. (ix) Providing & Fixing of Halter of size 115 mm for Roofing system wherever required as per site requirement. Note: Inner perforated liner sheet & space frame with the profile are already in place. Item also includes removing handling and shifting of existing roofing layers before execution of works. 1) Removal of top sheet 2) Removal of Insulation 3) Removal of VCL 4) Removal of Halter 5) Removal of Top hat / Batten. 6) Removal of Cement Board. All above steps are to be executed both for roofing system of Terminal Building as well as Aerobridges as per direction of EIC and with minimal hindrances to the Airport operations all complete. (Note : Wind Load Calculations are to be shared by System Provider and got vetted through IIT/ NIT).
Removal of existing top roofing sheet and replacement of 50 mm thick rockwool of density 96 Kg/cum and 12 mm thick cement board of approved brand and reinstallation of existing top roofing sheet along with halter installation all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
Providing and fixing Aluminum Flashings of 0.90 mm thick aluminum alloy AA3004 PVDF2 RAL9010 colour with protective film Girth upto 578mm at various location at all height all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
Removal of existing top roofing sheet with all necessary hardware and accessories and Providing and fixing of new KINGZIP/ ZIPLOCK 65/400 or equivalent profile sheeting manufactured from Aluminium alloy AA3004 thickness of 0.90 mm thick fixing with all necessary hardware and accessories including halter of size 115 mm for Roofing system of approved brand all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
Fixing, jointing and amalgamating of new KINGZIP/ ZIPLOCK 65/400 or equivalent profile sheeting manufactured from Aluminium alloy AA3004 thickness of 0.90 mm thick with original roofing system by MIG/TIG aluminium welding all around all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
Removal of existing Wind Clamp from roofing system for rectification and refixing the same after execution of work all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
Removal of existing Walkways/ Stepped walkways from roofing system for rectification and refixing the same after execution of work all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
Removal of existing Fall arrestor from roofing system for rectification and refixing the same after execution of work all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
Removal of existing damaged Aluminum Flashings of 0.90 mm thick from roofing system all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
Supplying and applying two component, instant setting, 100% solids spray applied hybrid polyurethane liquid applied elastomeric seamless waterproofing membrane meeting the requirements of LAM as per ASTM C836 and having excellent tensile strength of 8- 10MPa (As per ASTM D412), elongation more than 400%-550% (as per ASTM D 412), tear strength of 30 N/mm (As per ASTM D624), Shore A Hardness of 75+-5 (As per ASTM D2240), resistance to hydrostatic pressure head of 5 Bar (As per ASTM D 5385/ DIN 16726), puncture resistance of 700N (As per ASTM E154), water vapour permeability of 3.6 mg/m2/day (As per EN ISO 7783-1), Low temperature dynamic crack bridging ability up to B4.2 at -20℃ (As per EN 1062-7)), 20000 cycles as per code, dynamic crack bridging after thermal shock with no crack observed in the coating after 10,000 cycles at -30℃ as per EN 14224, resistance to root (As per DIN 4062) . The coating shall be applied with a total consumption 1.8 kg/sqm to 2 kg/sqm to achieve a total thickness of 1.8 mm to 2 mm as per manufacturer specification. Prior to this Priming the surface with two component solvent free epoxy primer which is applied as per manufacturers specification. In its tacky condition broad cast sand followed by spray application of hybrid polyureathan waterproofing coating MasterSeal M800 or equivalent.The item will be executed at all heightas per direction and satisfactionof E-I-C and nothing extra shall be payable.
Supply and fixing of 2 mm thick bare aluminium gutter of approved make welded at joints along with down spout without expansion joint girth upto 1200 mm oat Aerobridges all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.
