Providing Security Services through outsource agencies to VTU, Jnana Sangama, Belagavi (2nd Call)

The agency has to provide work done certificate (One single work) for engaging not less than 56 Security Personels in any one organization belonging to Government or Semi Government in any one Year during the last 3 years

Agency must submit satisfactorily completed work done certificate issued from the services provided in Govt. Semi Govt. Or Government undertaking orgnizations (any one Year of the previous three (3) years as mentioned

Agency must submit the line of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.62/- Lakhs (3 Months) from Nationalised bank in the form of credit lines /letter of credit /Certificate for this service only, in favour of Registrar/ Finance Officer for meeting the fund requirement

Agency should have a minimum Financial Turnover of Rs.206/- lakhs during last 3 years

Establishment/ Registration certificate of Firm/Agency Certificate & details must be enclosed along with validity of Registration

Copy of Registration Certificate issued by Labour Department having minimum of 200 Workers & remitance of labour welfare fund for the last 3 years must be enclosed

Bidders should upload for having proof of EPF Registration Certificate with Date and copies of EPF remittance of e-chalans of last 3 years from the concerned authorities

Bidders should upload for having proof of ESI Registration Certificate with Date and copies of ESI remittance of e-chalans of last 3 years and clearance certificate from the concerned authorities

PAN Card copy

Copies of GST certificate must be enclosed

Income Tax Returns for the last Five (5) years must be enclosed

The agency must submit declaration on Rs.100/- stamp paper that, he has not been black listed in any of the Govt.,/Semi Govt. or Pvt., Orgnisations

Agency must submit declaration in writing on stamp paper of Rs.100/- that he will pay the minimum wages as per norms

Bidders should upload for having proof of Professional Tax Registration Certificate with Date and copies of P.T. remittance of e-chalans of last 3 years and clearance certificate from the concerned authorities

Agency must submit recent (6 Months) Police verification Certificate that no criminal cases against the agency

Agency must submit recent (1Year) Police Registration certificate with validity period

The bidder should mandatorily upload copy of certificate issued by the concerned auotirity towards no pending cases for violation of Labour Rule & Regulations (Non Violation of Labour Rules and Regulations) Certificate during last three months.
