PART-I Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type and any position by screwing nuts, fillets, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in soft /loose soil not exceeding 15 cm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts, well, cesspits, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft /loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 300 mm aluminum alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type ) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminum alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 200 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 150 mm long aluminium anodised extruded alloy handle fabricated type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100 mm long stainless steel butt hinges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) and purlins, rafters crane gantries, rails, heavy brackets etc including distance pieces, cleats, angle, tee etc including necessary cutting , welding etc complete Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15mm with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolts 50mm to 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long with dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel fencing post, bands, clamps, flat iron fillet, for screwing with mesh, straps, ties etc and similar work, fabricated for steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including necessary weliding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel work, flat iron as in fencing post support conforming fo Fe-290-Gde-E-165 complete all as spcrified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to fencing posts as per Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as spcrified and directed.

S&F for galvanised iron chain link fencing with 4 mm dia of wire made up into matresses with mesh of size 100mmX100mm and type and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire for securing chain link fencing as per relevant IS specification and as approved complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately under Iitem No. 27.00 above as "Supply Only")

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. after and including taking down old unserviceable galvanised steel barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Each line of wire to be measured).

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge / wall/cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel flat iron as in hold fast, wind tie including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel works for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid (joint free) ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with shed of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or beading layer of cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (glossy type), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) after and including dismantling existing floor earth and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

(NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

S&F of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC insulated in street light connection from pole junction box at bottom to street light fixed on 9 mtr long swaged pole by making two holes with welding machine for inserting cable of size 4 Sqmm 2 core multistranded including making all necessary connection all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned down volume of sand to be measured)
