Banker Details
The bidder shall be the manufacturer of Diesel Generator sets/ Authorized Original Equipment Service Provider (OES) or Agency having experience in carrying out Major/Capital Overhauling/Repair works of Diesel Generators. As a proof of this, establishment certificate for OEMs/ Authorization Certificate for OES/Work order copy for other than OES & OEMs shall be furnished.
The bidder shall have satisfactorily completed Supply and installation/major/capital overhauling/Repair of Cummins/Kirloskar make DG sets of Capacity 500 KVA & above ratings in a single work order value of not less than Rs 4.69 Lakh in the preceding five years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). As proof of this, the bidder shall furnish the Work order & corresponding work done certificate issued by an officer of the rank of Chief Engineer/Competent authority. (Work done in previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2025-26.)
The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 9.38 lakhs in at least two financial years during the last five years (i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2025-26)
