Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (Minimum), weighing not less than 3.0 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 160 gms/sqm) with minimum 100mm transverse laps and 75mm longitudinal laps over RCC and application shall be according to manufacturers instruction over cold solvent Bituminous primer @0.25 Litre/Sqm. application of polymeric membrane shall be by torching etc. as per manufacturers instruction and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in panels and joints filled with bituminous mastic filling with 1 part of bitumen and 3 part of sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor incl. Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor making surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in surface channel/drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drains or channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system) of grid size 600mmx600mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick high Pressure Non Asbestos Fiber Cement decorative designer Board (E-Board Classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4 mm bore GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures, air conditioning diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c, as to form 600 mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid ceramic tiles colour 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.6 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 including brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cover & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 125x60mm for door frames with one or more rebates including hinges (100/50mm stainless steel),lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.53 above but of size 105x60 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, holdfast blocks, coping, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, lin steps, kneelers, bed plates, apex stones kerbs benching , levelling course and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sidesupplied and fitted to chowkats supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood as in Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

Supply and fix cupboard shutter made of 1.00mm thick MS sheet fabricated with edges bend to shape suitable of single rebate pressed steel frame of 1.25mm hick including pressed steel frame fixed with 3.15mm thick stainless steel hinges, stamndard rim locking arrangments, handles including all necessary fittings drilling hold fast / lugs with sufficient coat of paint finish as approved colour and other necessary fittings/fixtures and lock etc for making fully functional same as steel lockers/cupboards, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick exterior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side white lamination directed by Engr in charge fixed with screw frame work incl provn of external teak wood leaping 6mm thick fixed with nails to shutter/shelves complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as specified and directed as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
