Design, supply, Installation, Erection, Testing and commissioning of 30.5 Mtrs High Flag Mast Shaft in three telescopic sections (with base plate welded to the bottom sections) made of hot dip galvanized steel totally on externally and internally & suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875 (latest revision) along with special type dome including erection of flag mast, include supply and installation of twin dome LED aviation system with 3C x 4 sqmm copper conductor armoured cable & other assemblies as required with following accessories etc as per the tender specifications. a) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of flag with double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self lubricating bearing, stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6 mm. dia (Grade 316) etc. designed to operate with integral electric driven power tool motor of 2 hp capacity and also for manual operation. b) Providing and fixing of foundation bolts of M30 X 850 size manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, suitable size anchor plate and template, etc,as required. c) Design & construction of shallow foundation of suitable size with M20 grade concrete for high mast tower suitable for safe soil bearing capacity as per IS specifications and site conditions at required depth with all materials & labor and soil investigation. d) Painting of Flag mast PU painting of High Mast shaft with a coating of etch primer and PU paint(Factory Painted)

Design & supply of 5 mtrs. Hight Hot Dip GI OCTAGONAL continuously tapered galvanised pole with suitable to mount maximum 2 nos. LED 350W flood light fittings at top, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (but not less than 50 m/sec.), fabricated out of 3 mm thick high tensile sheet steel in single piece construction having 130mm bottom, 70 mm top, suitable for installation on a precast foundation with supply of 4 nos. of foundation bolts & anchor plate, rigid flange plate (200x200x12mm min.) welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts complete as required for structural stability as specified, weather proof and vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface containing a terminal plate of 5 mm thick bakelite sheet with 63 Amp heavy duty connector for loop in loop out cable terminations suitable for upto two numbers 4 core 25 Sq.mm cables, including supply of 2A, 10kA, DP, C series, MCB for each fixture connections, earthing bolts for continuous earth connection complete, as required as per technical specifications. other assemblies as required with following accessories etc as per the tender specifications. a) Design & construction of shallow foundation of suitable size with M20 grade concrete foundation including excavation and refilling including positioning of template & foundation bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate) & providing and fixing of DWC HDPE pipe of size 40 mm dia (2 pieces of min. 0.75 m length) in the foundation. b) Erection of pole with the help of suitable equipments and T&P.

Supply of Indian National Flag of Size 30 ft x 20 ft in 100% knitted polyester with reinforced super strong nylon webbing on all three sides & rope / toggle sleeve complete as per relevant IS/Flag code.

Supply of 320 W ±5% energy efficient Flood Light LED luminaire with minimum system lumen output of 35000 lm, luman efficacy 110 lm/watt, PF>0.95, CRI>70, CCT - 5700K, IP 65 protected, die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant diffuser and MS powder coated bracket suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete as required suitable for focus to Flag Mast.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning for 2 KVA (1 Ph- 1Ph) online UPS with minimum 30 mins of battery Back up suitable for operation on 230 V 50 Hz AC supply with output voltage 230 V 50 Hz etc complete as required.

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured electric cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 PART-I with upto date amended.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.
